At ThreadMix, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Refund Policy explains how you can request a refund.
Refund Eligibility
• Time Frame: Items can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Condition of Goods: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns and exchanges.
Non-Refundable Items
• Final Sale Items: Items marked as ‘final sale’ cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Process for Requesting a Refund
• Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at support@threadmix.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Shipping Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refund Issuance: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at support@threadmix.com and send your item to our return address.
